Technology
Most small businesses have at least one tool they're paying for but not using properly. A CRM with incomplete data. An email platform that's never been connected to anything. Automations that half-work. AI tools that got set up once and then abandoned.
Getting your marketing technology stack right isn't complicated, but it does take someone who understands both the tools and the marketing strategy behind them.
Areas I work across
I work with business owners to assess what technology they have, what they actually need and how to get everything talking to each other. Depending on where you're at, that might be a once-off session to audit your current setup, to get something built or configured, or a referral to a specialist for more complex technical work.
On AI tools specifically, I hold a credential in AI Strategies for Growth through Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. I work with business owners to identify where AI can genuinely save time and improve results. Not as a trend to chase, but as a practical tool where it makes sense.
